📋 Description

• Conducts clinical assessments and reassessments with referred customers
• Reviews medical and other health docs using standard procedures
• Performs bio psychosocial assessment with approved questionnaires
• Conducts SSA sequential evaluation for disability determinations
• Evaluates customers needing mental health assessment per clinical process
• Identifies functional limitations and makes capacity outcome determinations

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed/certified health professional (LCSW, CRC, LMHC, or approved)
• Four years clinical assessment experience incl. document reviews
• Fast-paced, team-driven environment experience
• Exceptional customer service; knowledge in motivational interviewing
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• Experience with publicly-funded programs; TANF preferred
