Materials Analyst, Microscopy (Dual Beam FIB)

📋 Description

• Prepare high-quality site-specific TEM lamellae using Dual Beam FIB-SEM systems
• Perform SEM imaging to support navigation, prep, and quality checks
• Manage multiple client samples with internal QC and turnaround targets
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflows and output
• Work schedule: 5pm-2am (10% evening shift differential)
• ITAR compliance for defense-related work

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Materials Science & Engineering or related field
• Hands-on Dual Beam FIB-SEM experience or strong related exposure
• Working knowledge of electron microscopy (SEM/TEM)
• Understanding of semiconductor device physics and failure analysis
• Strong problem-solving and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced lab
