Value Engineer (Scale EMEA/Italian Speaking)

📋 Description

• Value Engineering with large Fortune 500 customers and AI-driven transformation using the Celonis
• Collaborate with Sales, manage end-to-end value journeys, and support ROI-focused deployments.
• Mix consulting, project management, and technical execution to drive transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with Cross-functional teams, apply AI tools for data analysis and automation.
• Identify expansion opportunities and feed customer insights back to product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.
• Foundational IT/SaaS experience; AI-fluent with ability to produce technical outputs.
• Builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, strong focus on customer value.
• Process improvement knowledge; ability to manage milestones and present to stakeholders.
• English fluent; Italian speaking required.
• Engineering/CS/Math/Analytics or degree in related field; domain knowledge in Finance/Supply Chain
