Physical Therapy Assistant

📋 Description

• Provide treatment, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical
• Assist adults and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Monmouth and Middlesex
• Implement individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independence.
• Document observations and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, OR
• Two years of PTA experience and proficiency exam.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
