📋 Description

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support to Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office
• Handle incidents using Incident/Problem/Service management workflows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve requests and communicate status.
• Maintain monitoring and perform failover and disaster recovery activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to sustain service quality and availability.
• Participate in root cause analysis and follow-up actions to prevent recurrences.

🎯 Requirements

• Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE with 4+ years of experience
• AWS and Snowflake
• DevOps/SRE
• RDBMS: Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase
• Batch Job Schedulers: TWS, Autosys
• OS: Windows and UNIX
