📋 Description
- CAD Designer for civil engineering and surveying projects
- Produce permit-ready plan sets using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to translate data and calculations into drawings
- Manage multiple active drawings in a fast-paced environment
- Produce grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout drawings
- Prepare submittal packages and address redline comments
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years AutoCAD Civil 3D production experience
- Experience producing civil site plan sets from concept to permit-ready
- Ability to read engineering plans, surveys, and legal descriptions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in CAD standards, templates, layering, and LISP routines
- Team-oriented with ability to coordinate with engineers and surveyors
