🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales ops, annuities, life insurance, or analytics
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Agile self-starter, accountable from day one
• Excellent communicator, cross-functional collaborator
• Detail-oriented with great presentation skills
• Experience with Salesforce; annuity/order-entry systems a plus
