• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across our St. Louis residential
• Handle a wide range of trades including plumbing, electrical basics, carpentry, drywall, painting
• Coordinate licensed specialists when needed and manage work through completion for ownership.
• Communicate maintenance updates clearly to tenants and ownership.
• Keep clear records of completed work, ongoing issues, costs, and upcoming needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on property maintenance experience in facilities work or skilled trades.
• Competent across plumbing, electrical basics, carpentry, drywall, painting, and exterior
• Know when to hire licensed contractors and where to draw the line.
• Proficient with smartphone apps to document issues and manage tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation across St. Louis area.
• Ability to source and vet local contractors when needed.
