• Build and expand creator network across LATAM in fashion, beauty, lifestyle
• Identify brands, creators, agencies, and cultural partners
• Develop creator and content strategy for fashion/beauty initiatives
• Create briefs, scripts, storytelling frameworks for platform content
• Build scalable content formats and playbooks
• Monitor trends to identify opportunities early

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in creator strategy, influencer management, or related field
• Deep experience in e-commerce, marketing, or media
• Strong LATAM creator network or ability to build one
• Excellent judgement on platform-native content across TikTok/Instagram/YouTube
• Experience taking campaigns from concept to analysis
• Understand how creator authenticity aligns with commercial goals
