Social Community Manager

📋 Description

• Own daily publishing execution across our owned social channels (X, LinkedIn, and others) with a
• Keep the social calendar, content queue, and asset trackers up to date.
• Adapt content and messaging to fit each platform’s voice and format.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to keep content moving on schedule.
• Engage in comments and DMs, building relationships with developers and technical talent.
• Understand engineering audiences and tailor tone, timing, and substance accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in community management or similar roles, ideally for a technical/AI audience
• Genuine understanding of the developer/engineering community
• Experience engaging with online communities (Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with social listening/analytics tools and turning data into insights
• Strong execution, reliability, and daily hands-on work mindset
• Strong writing skills and tone awareness
