Medical Laboratory Assistant

📋 Description

• Accession, handling and processing of samples in Clinical Genetics lab
• Operate liquid handling robots, PCR thermal cyclers and NGS machines
• Follow SOPs and ISO 15189 requirements
• Maintain accurate records and sample labelling
• Work Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 09:00–17:00

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in biosciences or related field
• Understanding of molecular biology techniques (PCR, RNA/DNA extraction, quantification)
• Experience in Molecular biology lab
• Knowledge of genetics/genomics
• MS Office experience (Excel, Word)
• Ability to follow SOPs, attention to detail, good communication
