SY 26/27 Director of School Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day non-instructional operations
• Maintain facilities, safety, and learning environment
• Report to Managing Director of Operations
• Lead operations team and vendors
• Collaborate with Talent/HR, Data, and school leaders
• Coordinate family communications and events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Public Admin, or Educational Leadership
• Master’s degree (MBA/MPA) preferred for district roles
• 3-4+ years in school operations leadership
• Experience in multi-school settings (Pre-K-12 preferred)
• Strong strategic thinking, change management, and communication
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
