📋 Description
- 1:1 or small group support to students with individualized needs
- Assist Lead Teacher with lesson plans and materials
- Provide testing accommodations and assist with testing
- Support behavioral plans and positive reinforcement strategies
- Assist with social interactions and data-informed goal setting
- Collaborate with teams to support student growth and safety
🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s Degree OR 48 college credits OR ParaPro score of 464 (within 1 year)
- Experience or training in ABA and behavior support preferred
- Computer literacy; proficient with Google Suite
- Criminal background checks cleared
- Strong communication and adaptability; able to work extended hours if needed
