📋 Description

• Respond to maintenance and repair requests promptly
• Ensure work is timely and professional
• Assist with scheduling, overseeing, and contractor bids
• Purchase maintenance supplies for the property
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs: plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of field/property maintenance experience
• Proficient across trades: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair independently
• Manage work orders, budget time/materials, communicate with contractors/clients
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must lift up to 75 lbs with/without assistance
