Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products (MCP, CLI, plugins).
• Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities with API/auth partnerships.
• Ensure outcome parity: work possible via MCP, CLI, and plugin surfaces.
• Lead marketplace and plugin launches, aligning cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship secure, reliable developer products.
• Develop external agent documentation and customer stories to showcase MCP/CLI value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, from strategy to shipped outcomes.
• Experience shipping developer-facing products (APIs, integrations, plugins, SDKs, CLI).
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and developer tools; hands-on with AI/agent tools.
• Track record taking complex products/ partnerships from strategy to launch.
• Ability to connect ecosystem opportunities to customer problems and outcomes.
• Experience building relationships with platforms, AI companies, developer communities, or
