📋 Description

• Senior Growth Manager with ownership of a book of advertiser accounts and top-line growth
• Lead ROAS optimization, bid strategy, and geo/offers testing with data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to translate data into actionable plans.
• Document growth playbooks and SOPs weekly to raise standards.
• Operate in a fast-paced, Berlin-based, in-office environment with equity/bonus potential.

🎯 Requirements

• Data-driven storyteller; comfortable communicating with advertisers and engineers.
• Experience with ROAS optimization, geo expansion, and budget management at scale.
• Familiarity with MMPs and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
• Proven track record growing a book of business and achieving measurable impact.
• Experience with analytics tools: Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, SQL-like querying.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to move quickly in a high-ownership environment.
