- Support Value-Based Care performance via data analytics
- Bridge clinical and technical stakeholders
- Develop analyses for CDI, quality, and clinical ops
- Build replicable SQL and Python data pipelines
- Translate complex healthcare data into insights
- Communicate results with visuals and summaries
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/technical field
- 2+ years healthcare data analytics experience
- SQL and Python proficiency; Bash knowledge
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10-CM/SNOMED RxNorm LOINC
- Statistical foundation: hypothesis testing, regression
- Experience with ETL, Git, and data QA
