• Lead public sector partnerships and government affairs in Colombia.
• Represent ElevenLabs with policymakers and stakeholders.
• Monitor/regulate AI policy developments affecting the company.
• Shape frameworks promoting innovation and responsible AI use.
• Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products/services.
• Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in public/private sector policy roles with AI/tech focus.
• Strong knowledge of AI policy landscape in the region.
• Experience designing and influencing policy outcomes; coalition building.
• Public policy experience across Colombia.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication; briefing policymakers.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
