• Lead product direction for Fulfillment & Generation (transcripts, diplomas, high school
• Collaborate across Parchment PMs and GTM teams to ship improvements.
• Leverage AI to build business cases, PRDs, and prototypes.
• Anchor decisions with analytics and data insights.
• Define metrics and run data-driven tests for releases.
• Conduct customer research and discovery experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong cross-team collaboration with shared outcomes.
• Comfort using AI to build cases and prototypes.
• Experience with customer research and hypothesis testing.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude).
• Clear communication with stakeholders and ownership of outcomes.
