📋 Description

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with GM escalation
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Support shipment, receiving, and processing activities
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to drive profitability and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Retail/Store operations experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service orientation
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• On-site in Edinburgh; flexibility to cover weekend shifts
• Desire to contribute to store operations and visual standards
