Fund Administration, Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support all areas of Fund Administration on the Forge platform and own the fund lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketplace Operations, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Product).
• Analyze and value secondary market securities and conduct liquidity distributions with accurate
• Assist with tax reporting processes and ensure timely compliance.
• Perform data validation and quality checks across financial inputs and reporting systems.
• Respond to client inquiries on trades, tax, reporting, and valuations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, accounting, fund management and/or law.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Desire to design scalable, efficient processes from scratch.
• Ability to approach issues at both detailed and high-level perspectives.
