Job Description
📋 Description
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment across care levels for PACE participants.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct home visits as needed.
- Instruct participants, caregivers, and staff on ADLs, exercise programs, and DME use.
- Contribute to IDT care planning and maintain regulatory documentation.
- Support OT program standardization, team education, and quality audits.
- Assist with DME inventory, safety, and infection control standards.
🎯 Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT or DOT) or equivalent per ACOTE/AOTA standards.
- National Certification or eligibility for National Registration Examination (AOTA).
- At least 1 year experience with frail or elderly populations.
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred; other languages a plus.
