- Develop and execute regional support strategies for stores to hit financial, operational, and
- Provide expertise on customer service challenges, team staffing, and store procedures.
- Assist in labor management with regional team and Store Ops Managers.
- Drive top-line sales and strategic planning for 9-10 stores in the Oklahoma City market.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as a multi-unit regional manager in food, retail, or hospitality.
- 2+ years leadership in a customer-service role.
- Able to hire and coach diverse part-time staff.
- Know-how in supply chain, P&L analysis, compliance, HR.
- Strong organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with baking/commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
