📋 Description

• Define and own KPI framework for Regional Project Managers: on-time completion, budget variance
• Lead regular performance reviews (weekly/monthly) against metrics per Regional PM
• Maintain documentation trail for performance: flags, commitments, changes
• Escalation point above Regional PMs for unresolved issues
• Present regional performance data to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing a distributed field team in construction or home services
• Proven ability to build KPI frameworks and performance systems from scratch
• Direct people management experience
• Comfort with data and dashboards to drive decisions
• Experience guiding teams through change
