Technical Shift Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and develop team members technically and professionally on 12-hour rotating shifts
• Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and cost/operational performance in a biologics
• Coordinate with program management, supply chain, quality, and engineering for planning and
• Act as team’s technical expert and interface with QA and health authorities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in batch processing, automation, commissioning, or validation in an
• 1 year direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements; contamination control and aseptic processing
