Senior Team Manager

📋 Description

• Analyze employee data and performance
• Manage employee expectations and requests
• Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.)
• Partner with HR for accountability and disciplinary actions
• Conduct regular floor walks in the studio
• Maintain culture of performance excellence

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred
• 3+ years managing supervisors or first-time managers
• 2+ years optimizing studio ops using Lean and Six Sigma
• Experience in casino environment preferred but not required
• Experience managing 100+ employees with sizeable entry-level staff
• Proven quality improvements and optimizations
