📋 Description

• Strategic partner in data for the people team
• Provide signals to leaders to drive performance and retention
• Build scalable self-serve insights using AI and dashboards
• Collaborate with HRBPs, TA, Total Rewards, Learning & Talent, and leaders
• Turn data into actionable stories to influence decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in people analytics or related analytics
• Draft people data narratives for senior leadership
• Strong SQL and BI/dashboarding (Tableau or similar)
• Track record turning data into business-changing narratives
• Experience building self-serve tools
• Experience coordinating networks across HRBPs, TA, Total Rewards, and leaders
