🎯 Requirements
- Valid Indiana teaching license or pursuing reciprocity with a valid out-of-state license (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (required).
- Minimum 2 years of middle school math teaching experience (preferred).
- Data-informed instruction experience and commitment to equity (required).
- Openness to feedback and willingness to engage in ongoing professional growth (required).
- Criminal background check clearance (required).
