🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with channel/partner marketing in EMEA.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, SI, Distributors).
• Proven track record with field sales alignment, regional events, MDF budgets, and ROI.
• CRM and marketing automation proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Organised, execution-focused, comfortable in a matrix environment.
