🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data strategy, data sourcing, or data partnerships within trading, exchanges, or
• Proven track record identifying unique or alternative data sources and negotiating commercial terms.
• Deep understanding of market data ecosystems and licensing/redistribution terms.
• Experience building or managing small, high-performing teams; stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering concepts and data quality frameworks (APIs, feeds
