• Lead day-to-day AV depot operations and site management.
• Develop and execute operational playbooks for AV operations.

• Manage 24/7 depot operations, safety protocols, and uptime.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in site/operations leadership in AV or fleet mgmt.
• Proven track record of managing established operational sites.
• Flex schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Strong people mgmt, scheduling and safety culture.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Mgmt, or equivalent.
