📋 Description

• Lead a packaging team in daily cannabis production tasks.
• Oversee filling, sealing, packaging, and labeling while ensuring compliance.
• Manage inventory and recordkeeping for products/materials.
• Train and mentor team; drive productivity and maintain safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment; ensure tools are maintained and ready.
• Ensure labeling and seed-to-sale tracking compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; understanding of weight/measurement concepts.
