📋 Description
- Field-based role performing diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings).
- Travel to provider practices and patient homes; mileage/expenses covered.
- Full training and equipment provided; travel up to 100% in Birmingham, AL area.
- Collaborate with team, providers, payers, and care teams on non-appointment days.
- Maintain scheduling, confirm appointments, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Engage in quality improvement, patient outreach, and customer success activities.
🎯 Requirements
- Willingness to travel daily up to 100% to provider practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Associate degree or higher in related field.
- 1–3 years healthcare experience; knowledge of medical terminology, billing, or coding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; experience with healthcare
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently remotely.
