• Bilingual English, both written and spoken (C2/C1 Level).
• Experience with Meta Ads Paid Media platform (desired).
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer support, escalation handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
