📋 Description

• Lead North America Professional Services strategy and vision.
• Oversee global services operations: scoping, delivery, onboarding, program mgmt, training
• Drive scalable, repeatable packaging, pricing, and playbooks for services.
• Forecast bookings, revenue, margin, and utilization; manage Services P&L for growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners, GTM, Product, and Engineering for seamless customer outcomes.
• Develop and grow a high-performing, customer-centric Professional Services team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Professional Services leadership; software/data space preferred.
• Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a global team with a compelling vision and strategy.
• Experience packaging services for repeatability and scale; partner/SI collaboration.
• Strong business acumen, financial management, and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
