📋 Description

• Partner with product teams to own product insights end-to-end
• Define metrics to measure feature success and flag failures
• Design, instrument, and read A/B tests with proper sample sizes
• Build funnels and behavioral analyses for user flows
• Translate behavior into product direction and prioritization
• Own event tracking specs with engineers for correct instrumentation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product analytics or data science for consumer/trading products
• Expert SQL for end-to-end analysis
• Deep experimentation experience with production A/B tests
• Strong product sense and funnel analysis ability
• Hands-on event tracking and instrumentation
• Clear communication to non-technical audiences
