Senior Product Manager (BAD Product)

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems.
• Uncover user friction through research, telemetry, and stakeholder feedback.
• Map and improve end-to-end journeys: purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, admin.
• Identify gaps across subsystems to unify the user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, QA, Sales, CS, and Finance.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand.

🎯 Requirements

• Ownership mindset for outcomes, not just tasks.
• Experience managing technically complex SaaS/enterprise/B2B products end to end.
• Experience driving product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization.
• Ability to work with engineering on APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Data-informed decisions using telemetry and product metrics.
• Fluency in English.
