📋 Description

• Lead play-based, multi-age care room for children ages 2–12
• Collaborate with Center Director and fellow teachers
• Lead activities, manage group dynamics with empathy
• Communicate regularly with parents and handle emergencies calmly
• Plan, implement curriculum and hands-on activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized space and keep records

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year as Lead Teacher in daycare/preschool (not babysitting)
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning
• Experience with diapering and diapering best practices for toddlers
• Familiarity with toilet training supports
• Strong communication skills with children and parents
