📋 Description

• Lead AI Studio, Asana’s AI workflow builder, end-to-end product owner for an enterprise-focused AI
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and metrics linked to customer impact and revenue on a consumption
• Scale AI Studio to support millions of workflows with high quality, performance, and reliability.
• Ship automation capabilities enabling AI across organizations, from single-team to thousands of
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM to translate insights into shipped
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand workflows and translate insights into the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, focus on AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platforms.
• Fluent with automation concepts: workflow builders, rules engines, orchestration, triggers/actions
• Experience partnering with large customers, navigating AI governance and change management.
• Proven ability to own business outcomes with revenue/consumption metrics, reporting, and ROI
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools: building with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic
