• Performs and recommends actions to resolve customer issues that are rooted in provider data or

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in toll or transportation role in similar environment (preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with ability to utilize problem solving skills for issues and inquiries
