🎯 Requirements

• BSc/MSc or PhD in science or business-related field; 13+ yrs (BSc), 12+ yrs (MSc), 10+ yrs (PhD).
• Proven leadership in project management, portfolio review, finance, budgeting.
• Extensive operations management experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with large budgets and matrixed environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making.
