Contracts & Payments Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Location: London (E1)
• Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote (or in-office if you prefer)
• Support the Contracts and Payments engine within Goodlord platform
• Onboard agents and respond to queries, resolving/escalating issues as needed
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy payments flow

🎯 Requirements

• HTML or markup language knowledge with SQL querying experience
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills in end-user technical support
• Attention to detail with Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise high-impact issues
