📋 Description

• Lead store visual and product strategy on the sales floor and back of house.
• Ensure customer-ready store with efficient visual merchandising.
• Coordinate visual changes with direction from General/Store Manager.
• Oversee execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Balance brand standards with business needs and budgets.
• Plan and manage visual floor changes and inventory flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Strong visual direction, KPIs, and budget awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability for store movement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
