Sr. Production Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Production Artists for in-house Creative Services.
• Oversee production from inception to execution, coordinating timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to meet objectives.
• Enforce processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive efficiency through process improvement and technology use.
• Report to VP of Creative Services and align with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in Production Management with CPG and/or large-scale retail experience.
• Hands-on experience building and managing production processes.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendor resources.
• Understanding of Legal/Regulatory processes for a controlled category.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Suite.
