📋 Description
- Drive performance for 9-10 stores in the Kansas City market focusing on sales, hiring/retention
- Lead diverse teams with knowledge of markets, communities, and customers to achieve regional goals.
- Collaborate with Director of Workforce Planning, regional support team, and Store Operations
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years as multi-unit regional manager in food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality
- 2+ years leadership in a customer service oriented role
- Ability to hire and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff
- Knowledge of supply chain, P&L analysis, customer service, compliance, HR
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience with baking/bakery equipment is a plus
