📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, cold-chain logistics, fulfillment
• Build a resilient supplier network and manufacturing partnerships with a focus on quality and
• Lead gross margin and unit economics initiatives across sourcing, packaging, freight, and
• Scale manufacturing and operations infrastructure to support significant growth and potential
• Own commercialization processes from sourcing to launch readiness for new products.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in senior operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience scaling a high-growth consumer business, preferably in food, beverage, supplements, or
• Deep experience with manufacturing partners, sourcing, production planning, inventory, and
• Strong grasp of COGS, gross margin, and unit economics with a track record of improvement.
• Proven ability to build operational systems during rapid growth; in-house manufacturing/vertical
• Analytical, systems-thinking, and ability to alternate between strategy and hands-on execution.
