• Establishes and maintains BIM standards, processes, and workflows and manages BIM lifecycle for
• Develops piping, instrumentation, and electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and schematics.
• Leads discussions on engineering and construction best practices to establish new standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering MEP across multiple projects or units.
• 5+ years design and construction experience.
• 5+ years with Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with BIM tools, digital construction methods, and common platforms like ACC and Procore.
