📋 Description

• Own analytics on largest makers, takers, and brokerages and be the internal truth on performance
• Build account-level views: volume, flow, spread, fees, rebates, trends
• Monitor counterparty health and surface churn or engagement signals
• Analyze trading behavior to understand profitability and terms
• Support institutional reviews and negotiations with data-driven insights
• Quantify how institutional flow affects liquidity and retail experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, trading, or counterparty analysis
• Expert SQL working against order book and transaction data
• Understanding of liquidity economics and how pros make money
• Credibility in technical discussions with sophisticated counterparties
• Commercial instinct and ability to articulate relationship value
• Strong communication and discretion with sensitive data
