Senior Threat Investigator, Safety Investigations

📋 Description

• Conduct deep-dive investigations into severe abuse on and around the platform.
• Perform actor-centric and network-centric investigations across accounts and services.
• Proactively hunt threats using internal data, OSINT, and intel.
• Apply analytical rigor to improve systems, tools, and detection.
• Draft investigative work product for internal/external audiences.
• Partner with Legal, Safety Intelligence, Law Enforcement Ops, Product, Engineering, Policy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in investigations in law enforcement, intelligence, trust & safety, cybersecurity, or
• Deep-dive investigations involving sophisticated actors or cross-platform harms.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and/or Python, large datasets, and OSINT.
• Strong ability to synthesize evidence into clear, defensible narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Sound judgment navigating legal, policy, reputational, and operational factors.
