📋 Description
- Perform commercial retrofit HVAC work upgrading/replacing building systems
- Upgrade equipment to improve energy efficiency and meet code
- Install and configure systems like VRF and VAV with building controls
- Read blueprints, drawings, and manufacturer docs
- Follow federal/state/local codes; on-site customer communication
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on HVAC experience
- Proficiency with VRF systems and light commercial work
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- EPA Universal certification required; OSHA 10 required
